This extensive whole-home renovation transformed a traditional high-rise condominium into a modern industrial residence. In the main living area, the ceilings and drywall were removed to expose the original concrete ceiling, structural pillars, ductwork, and cable lighting, while wood slat screens, custom cabinetry, and hardwood wood flooring add warmth and definition. A custom wine lounge with a mix of stone, metal, wood, add rich color. The design continues through the kitchen, bedrooms, and bold green-tile bathrooms.
